Julia-roberts
Julia Fiona Roberts' parents are Walter Grady Roberts and Betty Lou Bredemus. Julia Fona Roberts is the 4th generation Roberts that resided in Atlanta. At an early age, her dad became fascinated with acting. As a student in Emory University he appeared in various productions both at and off campus. He joined the air force in 1953. While being stationed at Biloxi Mississippi was cast in an army production that featured Betty Lou Bredemus who was part of the air force. Eric Anthony was their first born. They got married in 1957. In 1957 the couple left the military and Walter enrolled in Tulane University in New Orleans Louisiana. Walter worked for Atlanta Academy Theater and Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio. In 1960, the family moved into Decatur Georgia. Walter and Betty Lou produced a Saturday matinee local TV show for kids known as Bum Bum and His Buddies in 1964. This was a project that they funded themselves. They also created a six-year Actors and Writers Workshop later that same year. They also had two youngsters Lelisa (called Lisa) Billingsley in the year 1965 in 1965 and Julia (called Julie) in 1967.
